Accounting Associate

We are looking for an Accounting Associate to join a reputable commodity trading firm. This role is ideal for accounting professionals looking to step up from execution into regional visibility and process improvement work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting for regional entities
• Assist with audit, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Work with stakeholders across APAC to gather and validate financial data
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives (e.g. dashboards, reporting enhancements)

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of accounting experience (GL, reporting, or audit)
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI / automation tools is a plus
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Comfortable engaging regional stakeholders
