Salary: Basic up to $8,000 + Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support Manager in preparing and reporting of quarterly consolidated financial statements to the parent company.

2. Support Manager in reviewing quarterly financial statements of group companies.

3. Support Manager in preparing and reporting of quarterly financial reports to the parent company.

4. Support Manager in preparing for financial closing and audit.

5. Support Manager in preparing and review of yearly budgets.

6. Support Manager in preparing cash management, including those for some group companies.

7. Support Manager in preparing and reporting of the quarterly group organizational chart and list of group companies.

8. Review daily payments.

9. Perform additional assignments as required by the Manager, Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting or the Chief Financial Officer.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.A bachelor's degree in business or accounting, good knowledge of IFRS, plus a minimum of three years experience in financial management and general accounting or equivalent combination of training and experience, including those for processes related to preparation and reporting of consolidated financial statements.

2. Must demonstrate good organizational skills and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Fluency in Japanese will be required to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders.

4. Good excel skills, including but not limited to IF functions, Index functions, Pivots, etc.

5. Experience in similar industry and usage of STRAVIS system a plus.
