Location & Working Hours
Location: Tanjong Pagar, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with external accounting firms on financial reporting and accounting matters
Manage payroll-related processes and coordination
Provide support for accounting and general administrative functions
Assist with ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth daily operations of the finance and office team
Requirements
Prior experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles
Basic knowledge of payroll processes
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Organised, responsible, and able to work independently
Comfortable liaising with external stakeholders
