Job Responsibilities:
. Processing orders, invoices, receipts, and payments.
. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
. Reconciling bank statements and other accounting records.
. Preparing financial reports and statements.
. Assisting with internal and external audits.
. Filing paperwork and organizing records.
. Data entry and maintaining databases.
. Supporting vendor relations and communication.
. Providing general support to the admin and accounting team
. Any other ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word , able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
. Meticulous and good attention to details
. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
