About the Role
Aleta Planet, a MAS-licensed Major Payment Institution and Visa Principal Member, is hiring fresh graduate/diploma-level accountants to join a fast-moving finance team. This is an ideal first job for someone entering the workforce who is comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter. You'll work directly under a senior finance lead on a high-visibility project: revamping our treasury processes and rewriting our finance policies and manual, before moving into ongoing finance operations support.
No prior work experience required — we're looking for strong fundamentals, curiosity, and genuine comfort using AI tools in daily work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the rewrite of finance policies, SOPs, and the finance manual, using AI tools to draft and structure documents under guidance.
- Assist with treasury tasks: reconciliations, cash position tracking, data gathering for liquidity and FX reporting.
- Organize, format, and quality-check documentation before senior review.
- Learn and apply treasury and finance operations fundamentals on the job.
- Take ownership of assigned workstreams and meet weekly milestones during the initial 3-week project.
- Contribute ideas on how AI tools can improve everyday finance workflows.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome, no work experience required).
- Genuine familiarity and comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) — you'll be asked to demonstrate this.
- Strong attention to detail and organized working style.
- Good written English; able to follow structured drafting guidelines.
- Eager to learn treasury and finance operations in a regulated fintech environment.
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks while taking direction well.
