Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full set of accounts for multiple group entities, including investment holding companies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with SFRS (I)
- Assist the Group Financial Controller in the preparation of group consolidated financial statements, SGX results announcements and Group's annual report.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
- Coordinate with subsidiaries and internal stakeholders on financial reporting matters
- Support the audit process by liaising with external auditors and preparing required schedules
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and listing requirements
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Participate in process improvements and system enhancements where applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with relevant working experience will also be considered
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a listed company or audit firm
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and consolidation principles
- Experience handling group accounts and multiple entities is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Meticulous, analytical, and able to meet tight reporting deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
