Accountant

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accountant to join our consulting firm. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support management with timely reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

. Manage full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.

. Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (preferred).

. Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) will be an advantage.

. At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP) is preferred.

. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
