Job Description

In-charge of full-set of accounts for 1 trading subsidiary.
In-charge of financial accounting of overseas subsidiaries.
Perform monthly consolidation for management reporting.
Manage inventory accounting and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Assist in the preparation of cashflow forecasts.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with other business units to streamline financial processes and improve internal controls.
Liaise with auditors and tax agents on annual audit and tax filing matters.
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing full-set of accounts.
Able to work independently and highly motivated to improve processes and drive changes.
