We are a diversified business group with interests in construction, e-commence andtrading businesses. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our small finance team based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full financial and management reporting functions in all financial aspects, including group consolidation, full set of accounts, reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance to regulations, accounting policies and procedures in relation to audit, tax and corporate secretarial matters.
- Liaises with overseas finance teams and external parties including auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary.
- Assist in office administrative and HR matters.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of working experience in the related field in required for this position.
- Prior experience in accounting firm and/or tax experience will be an added advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) as this position involves communication with China offices.
- Strong attention to details, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a small team or a start-up environment.
