We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-time/Part-Time Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, be detail-oriented, and capable of handling various financial tasks. This position requires proficiency in accounting software and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting Support: Collaborate in the budgeting process and assist in monitoring financial performance against the budget.
- Audit Assistance: Prepare documentation and assist during financial audits.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, relevant laws, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
