We are a growing consultancy firm in Singapore seeking a full‑time Accountant to take ownership of our finance and accounting operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, precision, and the opportunity to shape the financial processes of a dynamic SME.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle AP/AR, billing, and cashflow management
- Perform bank reconciliation and oversee general ledger
- Ensure compliance with Singapore reporting, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Manage month‑end and year‑end closing
- Coordinate with external auditors, corporate secretaries, and tax advisors
- Provide financial insights to management to support business decisions
- Improve accounting processes and internal controls
Requirements:
- Based in Singapore
- At least 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST
- Proficiency with accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks/MYOB)
- CPA qualification is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and take end‑to‑end ownership
