Manage full sets of accounts, including reviewing journal entries, preparing schedules, and performing accurate reconciliations.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, supported, and compliant with internal policies.
Handle day‑to‑day operational accounting tasks, ensuring proper accountability, documentation, and adherence to financial controls.
Prepare weekly cash flow statements and submit monthly cash flow forecasts to corporate in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in the enhancement, improvement, and implementation of accounting processes, strengthening internal controls and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and timely analysis to support management reporting and strategic decision‑making.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, audit requirements, and corporate governance frameworks.
Any other adhoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience managing full sets of accounts, with strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
Good understanding of compliance requirements, including internal controls, audit processes, and regulatory standards.
Knowledge of transfer pricing, inventory management, and cash flow management.
Independent, meticulous, and able to meet tight reporting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
