Job Description

Accountant (Private Equity)
Location: Asia Square
Start: September 2025
Duration: 9 months (Maternity Cover)
Salary: $4,500 - $5,000 (ideal $4.8k, max $5k)

no experience required as training will be provided

Responsibilities

Independently manage accurate and timely financial closings (Local GAAP & IFRS) for Guernsey or Luxembourg General Partners entities.
Lead interim & year-end audit processes, including preparation of annual financial statements.
Handle tax, regulatory, and compliance monitoring & reporting.
Resolve/reconcile accounting discrepancies and coordinate with team members when required.
Execute timely payment of capital calls to products.
Maintain proper files and documentation in accordance with company policies and accepted accounting standards.
