Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing activities, including: Reviewing monthly sales transactions and conducting reconciliations. Analyzing and investigating unusual variances in financial statements. Preparing and reviewing balance sheet account reconciliations. Prepare group/statutory reporting materials, including: Consolidation Package and Tax Reporting Package. Quarterly GST reports and XBRL filing of audited financial statements. Statistical returns for regulatory bodies. Provide accounting support and tax advice to relevant teams. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders. Plan and coordinate stock takes for vehicles and parts. Approve staff e-journals, review reconciliations, and guide staff as needed. Review and update Transfer Pricing documentation. Participate in the implementation of new systems and business initiatives. Undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or a professional accountancy qualification with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including some supervisory experience. Proficient in MS Office and experienced in accounting software. Highly meticulous, organized, and self-driven with the ability to meet deadlines independently. Thrives in a high-energy, performance-driven environment. Capable of handling ambiguity and maintaining confidentiality. Strong team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
