A well-established organization in the real estate sector is currently seeking an Accountant to join their dynamic team.

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and maintain a full set of accounts while preparing timely management reports for multiple entities and stakeholders. Responsibilities include processing monthly journal entries, schedules, and bank reconciliations, overseeing cash flow management, managing loan covenants, and ensuring compliance with banking requirements. The role involves preparation of financial reports, such as monthly management accounts, quarterly reporting, and annual financial statements, handling GST filings and submissions, supporting year-end financial closing, and assisting in audits. The candidate will also liaise with external partners, aid in financial forecasting and budgeting, and perform general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field. They should be mature, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
