Job Description:

Accounting professional providing full-set bookkeeping and tax services for Japanese clients

• Assist with data entry and basic reporting
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
• Provide comprehensive accounting services, primarily for Japanese-affiliated companies in Singapore
• Advise clients on a wide range of tax and accounting matters
• Handle bookkeeping, tax filings, and annual financial closing
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Around 2 years of experience in full set of accounting in Singapore
• Proficiency in Japanese language skill is must to liaise with Japanese speaking clients
• Excellent English skill to communicate with other local advisory firms
• Experience in preparing and submitting GST and Withholding Tax will be plus
• Possess any qualification of Accounting will be preferred (e.g. CPA, accounting qualification)
