Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the group consolidation and management reporting functions, in accordance with the statutory requirements as well as Group Finance policies
- Responsible for the preparation of full set of management accounts, billing, forecasting and budgeting exercise, corporate tax computations, XBRL submissions, GST filings, annual report, coordination of yearend audit as well as any ad-hoc finance assignments
- Responsible for the timely and accuracy financial reports, including liaising with external auditors and tax agent
- Liaise with Singapore and overseas subsidiaries
- Review annual report for subsidiaries
Experience and Skills:
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Well-versed in SFRS/SFRS(I)/IFRS, tax regulations and MS Excel
- Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Financial Consolidation and Close and SUN system will have an added advantage
- Audit experience will have an added advantage
- Meticulous, ability to work independently and meet tight reporting timeline
- A good team player
