Role Overview
We are now looking for an Accountant (m/f/d) to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting, treasury, and compliance activities for the local entity, while working closely with global finance shared services and external partners.
The position combines core accounting responsibilities with payroll coordination and selected HR administrative support, ensuring smooth local operations and full compliance with Singapore regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and support treasury-related activities
Process payments and ensure accurate and timely execution
Handle GST and WHT filings and support statutory audit requirements
Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Work closely with global finance shared services to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Support implementation and usage of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO)
Support XBRL, annual return filing, and corporate secretarial related matters
Act as local point of contact for payroll processing, salary administration, CPF, and social benefits
Liaise with external payroll providers, tax advisors, and corporate secretarial firms
Support employees with payroll, benefits, and HR administrative queries
Support the Managing Director in daily business operations and meetings
Provide guidance on company processes and policies to employees and external stakeholders
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience in accounting, finance administration, payroll coordination, or HR support
Familiarity with Singapore finance, tax, and labour regulations
Ability to liaise with external service providers (tax consultants, payroll vendors, secretarial firms)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar finance/HR systems is an advantage
