Accountant

Job Description

• Handling full sets of accounts
• Meets month end closing and reporting deadlines
• Liaise with external auditor for statutory audit
• Prepare audit schedules and handling audit issues (if any)
• Provide information to tax agent for tax filling of annual returns and tax enquiries
• Liaise with corporate secretary for preparing annual returns, resolutions and other corporate secretarial matters
• Liaise with bank on operational issues and lawyer on legal matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
