ACCOUNTANT

Job Description

-Responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions

-Assists transactional finance activities includingprocessing of A/P, A/R, Billing, Inventory, and expenses reporting

-Prepare and submit quarterly GST filing

-Prepare and assist with the processing of all generalledger journal entries

-Provide support for year-end audit and taxation activities.

-In charge of ensuring fixed assets management and reporting

-Evaluate and ensure continual improvement in operationalefficiency, cost effectiveness and internal controls.

-Undertake ad-hoc projects and other job duties which may beassigned from time to time

Job Requirements

. Diploma or higher education preferably inAccountancy/relevant field

. At least 2 years previous work experience in relevantexperience

. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal &communication skills

. Required language(s): English, Chinese(Able to communicateeffectively with Mandarin speaking, writing and reading in regards with theChinese documents and matters)

. 5 days work per week
