Job Description
- Ensure revenue and related costs are recorded correctly and on time
- Handle month-end closing for inventory and revenue accounts
- Check and reconcile inventory movements between systems and the general ledger
- Support regular stock counts and compare physical stock to system records
- Work with an offshore team to resolve daily issues and ensure smooth operations
- Partner with Product, Billing, and relevant teams when new products are launched to ensure systems are set up correctly
- Prepare simple accounting papers, update process documents, and support audits when needed
- Participate in UAT and system improvement projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Degree or diploma in Accounting/Finance
- More than 2 years of accounting experience, ideally involving inventory or reconciliations
- Detailed, organised, and able to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with different teams and managing daily operational tasks
