About the role

Redox Chemical Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Accountant/HR Executive to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounting and HR operations in our Tuas West Region office. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a diverse and impactful role within a growing chemical manufacturing company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and analysing financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

  2. Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, as well as invoicing and payroll processing

  3. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

  4. Assisting with HR administration tasks, such as employee onboarding, benefits management, and maintaining personnel records

  5. Supporting the Finance team with ad-hoc projects and data analysis as required

What we're looking for

  1. Qualified accountant with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

  2. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting requirements

  3. Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively

  5. Familiarity with HR practices and experience in handling employee-related matters

  6. A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
