iCondo is looking for a hands-on and driven Accountant to oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations within a fast-growing PropTech environment.
The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic and technology-driven business. Beyond managing day-to-day accounting functions, the role will play an important part in strengthening financial processes, improving internal controls, enhancing reporting accuracy, and supporting operational efficiency as the company continues to scale.
Handle full-set accounts including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing
Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow reports
Familiar with the implementation of project accounting
Ensure timely and accurate GST filing, CPF submission, and statutory compliance
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities
Monitor company budgets, expenses, and financial performance
Maintain proper accounting records and internal controls
Support year-end audit and financial reporting activities
Lead, supervise, and guide the accounts and procurement department
Review work submissions and ensure accuracy and timely completion
Improve finance processes and workflow efficiency
Provide training and support to team members where necessary
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience handling full-set accounting independently
Prior experience leading a finance team is preferred
Familiar with Singapore payroll practices, CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations
Experience in work pass administration is an advantage
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience with Xero Accounting is an advantage
Proficient in Google Sheets
