We are looking for a finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting functions for an SME in the construction sector. The role covers general accounting, project accounting, and financial reporting, while supporting compliance and providing insights to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle accounting and project accounting tasks.
- Support preparation of management reports, reconciliations, and periodic submissions.
- Assist in maintaining internal processes, controls, and compliance.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other advisors as needed.
- Support ad-hoc finance and business projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or equivalent. Professional qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting/finance, preferably in 1-3 years in construction or project-based roles.
- Experience in SME or flexible environments is a plus.
- Organized, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
