Role Description
- This position reports to the Finance Manager and interfaces with Organisation managers and Directors. Candidate will be working closely with the Finance team to test out on new accounting system, review and construct test plans along with basic accounting duties.

Specific Responsibilities
1. Prepare monthly financial report and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

2. Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, local tax and government authorities where required.

3. Responsible for full set accounting processes (i.e.: GL, P&L, balance sheet, accounts reconciliation, GST, Tax etc.)

4. Use the accounting system in parallel with existing systems.

5. Prepare unaudited financial statements

6. Must bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with co workers and directors.

Education and Qualifications
DIPLOMA or PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION or DEGREE

This position require to work 5.5 working days. Prefeable have experiences at F&B field.
