What you will do:
- Support daily accounting operations including processing transactions, preparing journal entries, and reconciling accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of financial reports, balance sheet schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Verify invoices and payment requests to ensure compliance with company policies and tax requirements, and support accurate and timely payment processing.
- Participate in revenue-related accounting tasks such as reconciliation, settlement, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations, aging reports, and variance analysis to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors or tax agents.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, system testing, and financial data analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
What you will need:
- Bachelors degree (or currently pursuing) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Graduating between September 2025 August 2026.
- Good knowledge of Excel and interest in learning accounting systems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and logical thinking.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
