Job Summary
Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including bank reconciliation, bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax filing, and software management to ensure accurate and compliant financial practices Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile the company's bank statements with bookkeeping ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage income and expenditure accounts to maintain up-to-date financial records
- Generate detailed financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial status
- Monitor the company's finances regularly to identify and address financial issues promptly
- File and remit taxes and other financial obligations in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Initiate and manage the financial and accounting software to streamline financial processes
- Apply knowledge of XBRL filing and corporate tax filing to ensure accurate and timely submissions
