Accountant / Finance Manager

Role Description

Gold Rock HR Kenya is hiring a part-time Accountant/Finance Manager for a hybrid role based in Singapore. The role involves managing financial reports, preparing budgets, tracking financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key responsibilities include overseeing bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, preparing payroll, analyzing financial data to support decision-making, and coordinating with external auditors. This role offers flexibility, allowing some work to be conducted remotely.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budget Preparation, and Account Reconciliation
• Skills in Bookkeeping, Payroll Management, and Expense Tracking
• Knowledge of Tax Compliance, Policy Adherence, and Liaising with External Auditors
• Analytical skills, including Financial Analysis and Strategic Financial Planning
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and meet deadlines
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage
• Experience in the HR or recruitment sector is a plus
