Role Description

This part-time hybrid role of Accountant / Finance Manager is based in Singapore, with opportunities for remote work. The individual will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the organization's financial stability and compliance. Responsibilities include managing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Accountant / Finance Manager will also support strategic financial decision-making and provide insights to optimize the organization's performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Skill in financial analysis, data management, and cash flow management
• Experience with bookkeeping and regulatory compliance
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in finance-related roles; experience in similar organizations or community platforms is a plus
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is advantageous
