Accountant Executive (Construction Industry)

Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Days: 5.5 Days (Alt Sat)
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm and 8.30am to 12.30pm

We are a growing company specializing in LED advertising displays and retail shop signage solutions, serving a diverse range of commercial clients across Singapore.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Set Accountant to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including project-based accounting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and partnering closely with operations and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and schedules

• Monitor project costing, budgeting, and cost control

• Liaise with project teams on financial matters and cost tracking

• Ensure timely submission of GST, corporate tax, and statutory reporting

• Assist in audit and tax matters

• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records

• Support other ad-hoc finance or administrative duties when required

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Experience in handling full set of accounts

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and month-end closing process

• Familiar with Singapore GST, IRAS requirements, and audit procedures

• Proficient in accounting systems (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
