AT Asset Management Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based licensed fund management company serving high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors globally. We are looking for a motivated Accountant Executive & Business Support professional to support our growing operations and client base.
This role suits a hands-on accountant who enjoys working in a boutique investment firm and is comfortable combining finance, fund operations and executive support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Statutory Reporting
- Prepare full sets of accounts for Singapore entities and funds.
- Prepare annual financial statements, including consolidation where required.
- Liaise with service providers and regulators to ensure timely submission of Corporate Income tax, GST, Statutory filings etc
- Provide payroll support, including Payslips and Key Employment Terms, CPF submissions and Personal income tax preparation.
2. Client Onboarding & Compliance
- Prepare client onboarding and KYC documentation.
- Coordinate account opening with banks, brokers, custodians and service providers.
- Maintain accurate client records and databases.
- Liaise with fund administrators and brokers on operational matters.
3. Fund & Investment Operations
- Perform daily reconciliation of investment positions and market values.
- Reconcile client and fund statements.
- Review management fees, performance fees and fund charges.
- Review fees/charges and monitor fund transactions to ensure accuracy and control.
- Prepare and distribute NAV and investor performance reports.
- Provide investor support and client servicing
4. Business & Executive Support
- Provide professional client service and assist with logistics for overseas clients.
- Support Directors with calendar management, meeting coordination and administrative matters.
- Attend meetings, administrative filing and record-keeping.
- Incorporation, account opening and administrative support.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Singapore FRS, Statutory reporting, Tax compliance and Internal controls
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, a good team player and able to work independently.
- Keen learner with a positive attitude, professional communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.
