Job Summary
Manage full sets of accounts for a holding company and two subsidiaries, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, compliance with Singapore accounting standards, and supporting financial analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain full sets of accounts for the holding company and its two subsidiaries to ensure accurate financial records
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries to support financial operations
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
- Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions to maintain accurate group financial data
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to support business planning and decision-making
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements such as GST and corporate tax filings
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting as needed to inform strategic decisions
