Job Responsibilities
- Manage full financial and statutory accounting for assigned entities, including WIP reporting and profitability analysis.
- Perform group consolidation for financial and management reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
- Compute key financial indicators and prepare financial trend analyses.
- Oversee tax matters such as quarterly GST submissions and corporate tax.
- Support audits and assist with policy and procedure reviews as required.
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, including full-set accounting and 2 years of group consolidation.
- Proficient in MS Office SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Meticulous, independent, and able to communicate effectively.
