Job Description

The Role

This position will be responsible for group consolidation and management reporting for the assigned portfolio of companies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the group consolidation and management reporting functions, in accordance with the statutory requirements as well as company policies and procedures for a portfolio of US properties.
  • In charge of timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial and management reports, and liaising with the external auditors for the year-end closing.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting exercises, annual audit process as well as any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
  • Liaise with the overseas finance team for the submission for month end closing and for the group's year-end audit matters.
  • Support on-going digitalization initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experiences.
  • Well-versed in SFRS/US GAAP, tax regulations and MS Excel.
  • Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge will have an added advantage.
  • Meticulous, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
  • Other attributes includes being responsible, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
