Accountant / Book-keeping (3-months contract)

3 months contract role only, with potential for full time conversion if performance is good. No quota for foreigners.

Job Summary

Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks to support financial operations, including invoice data entry, monthly account preparation, and assisting with closing activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoice data accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports to support business decision-making
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely financial closure
• Process invoicing, payments, and expenses promptly and accurately to maintain cash flow and vendor relations
• Communicate effectively with management, customers, and vendors using WhatsApp, WeChat, and Outlook to facilitate smooth operations
• Support senior management by completing assigned ad-hoc tasks to meet business needs
