Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for both company and group entities, including group consolidation.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities on audit, tax, and compliance matters.
  • Support finance-related corporate matters, including banking, treasury, and corporate secretarial activities.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop finance team members, including reviewing work,managing performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Conduct credit assessments and reviews of tenants to evaluate financial risk exposure.
  • Liaise with IRAS on property tax, stamp duty, and related tax matters.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies, statutory requirements, and governance standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency while safeguarding data integrity.
  • Participate in finance transformation and cross-functional projects as assigned.Support ad hoc assignments and initiatives from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore tax and statutory requirements

  • Experience in construction industry.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
