Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls
- Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Xero, MYOB, SAP)
- Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
