Job Nature:
Part-Time, Permanent: fixed 34 hours every Morning (specific daily starting & ending time to be discussed based on availability), Monday to Friday.
Possible to transfer to Full-time in the future.
May be entitled to bonus if work performance are good.
Working Venue: Work at Company's home office-Near Khatib/Yishun MRT or Remote working.
Job Description:
1. Handle day-to-day accounting duties of a few affiliates companies and client companies, including perform data double entries via accounting system, full set of accounts and documents archive.
2. Maintain and update procedural documents.
3. Clerical support and admin duties.
4. Willing to be corp. sec. position of a few affiliated/client companies.
5. Assist in Client's hiring process.
6. Assist in Client's Singapore work passes application process.
7. Any other ad hoc duties or errands as assigned, e.g. liaise with bank, tax authority, ACRA
Job requirements:
1. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent certification, or have long years experience in accounting.
2. Bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking customers & suppliers
3. Minimum 1-year double entry/book-keeping experience.
4. Computer literacy such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
5. Salary will be commensurate based on experience
6. Able to start work immediately or in short notice is an advantage
7. High work ethics, and good awareness of confidentiality.
