Accountant/Account Executive/Account Assistant

(Freelance/Part Time/Permanent)

Offsite or Hybrid (Onsite and Offsite)

Our company provides accounting, company secretarial and taxation services to SME. We help SME owners resolve accounting and related issues.

Candidates with accounting experience and familiarity with any of following accounting software, plus the ability to work independently will have an advantage:

Accounting software - Xero/Quickbook/MYOB/Autocount/ZOHO/SAP B1/SAP Hana

Fee depends on volume, complexity of assignments and time commitment. Some assignments will beoffsite whereas others maybe hybrid (onsite and offsite).

Kindly indicate the following in your application:

1) Accounting experience
2) Familiarity with accounting software
3) Time availability (offsite and/or hybdrid)

Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Post sales and suppliers invoices

Fixed Asset Register and depreciation

Journal entries and adjustments

Prepare GST filing

Monthly account closing procedures

Bank reconciliation

Generate financial reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Candidate must possess at least N/O level/LCCI.

- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting field.

- Applicants who do not possess the above will be considered on individual merits.

- Willing to learn. Hands on training will be provided for those who do not have much experience.
