Reporting to the CFO, the Accountant will take ownership of core accounting and reporting activities for the Singapore entity and support group-level financial consolidation. The role offers strong exposure to multi-currency environments, treasury activities, audits, and accounting processes.

Description
- Take ownership of full-set bookkeeping, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Support group consolidation across multiple legal entities, including intercompany reconciliations
- Work closely with banking partners on treasury matters such as cash management, bank reconciliations, and foreign exchange transactions
- Assist in external audits, including preparation of schedules and responding to auditor queries
- Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and finance system enhancements where applicable
Profile
- Degree in Accountancy or a recognised professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CA)
- At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate or regional environment
- Strong hands-on experience in bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements
- Experience supporting multi-entity reporting or consolidation
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
