We are looking for someone who has
- Minimum 03 years experience in maintaining full sets of accounts
- Hospitality industry capex experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of local tax legislations and accounting principles
- Proficient in accounting systems, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
- Detailed-oriented and able to work independently under tight timelines
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Prepare, analyze and distribute monthly management accounts and related reports
- Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Schedules and Bank Reconciliations
- Daily sorting and checking of sales chits to verify the accuracy and completeness of revenues charged
- Maintain an up-to-date fixed assets register to ensure that all additions, disposals, reclassification and movement of fixed assets are properly accounted for
- Prepare the quarterly GST returns for submission to IRAS
- Support cash flow planning and budgeting as well as preparation of the annual Statutory Accounts
- Participate in the month-end stock take at designated outlets
