Job Description

Client Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Lead client meetings, calls, and presentations

  • Understand client goals, challenges, and KPIs

  • Manage expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Account Growth (Upsell & Cross-Sell)

  • Identify opportunities to upsell existing services and cross-sell new offerings

  • Proactively recommend solutions that align with client needs and business goals

  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and scope documents for additional work

  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams on account growth strategies

Project & Internal Coordination

  • Translate client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams

  • Coordinate with creative, marketing, media, and/or technical teams to ensure timely delivery

  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and scope to prevent overruns

  • Flag risks early and help resolve issues before they escalate

Reporting & Performance

  • Track account performance and project progress

  • Prepare and present reports, updates, and results to clients

  • Use data and insights to inform recommendations and renewals
