Responsibilities
- Perform accurate setup and maintenance of customer profiles across various e-banking platforms based on approved documentation and internal procedures.
- Ensure all customer data updates are completed within established service level agreements (SLAs) and operational cut-off timelines.
- Tag and maintain user access roles such as authorisers and administrators within banking systems to support ongoing compliance and screening requirements.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and status updates related to customer profile maintenance in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update operational tracking sheets and records accurately to support workflow monitoring and reporting.
- Conduct live verification checks within systems to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.
- Support daily operational activities and participate in task rotations within the department as required.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth processing and issue resolution.
- Uphold high standards of operational risk awareness, data confidentiality, and information security practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the team in enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a high-volume operational environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service quality.
- A proactive and adaptable team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
