What You'll Do

1. Own the Client Relationship

  • Be the primary point of contact; trusted, responsive, and always two steps ahead
  • Understand client business goals, not just campaign briefs
  • Build long-term partnerships grounded in clarity, confidence, and delivery

2. Drive Projects End-to-End

  • Lead campaigns from brief to launch with precision and pace
  • Align internal teams (Creative, Content, Tech, Media) to deliver seamlessly
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and expectations without drama

3. Turn Briefs into Opportunities

  • Interrogate briefs. Push for sharper insights and clearer objectives
  • Translate business challenges into inspiring creative directions
  • Ensure every output ladders back to strategy and results

4. Protect the Work

  • Present ideas with conviction and clarity
  • Manage feedback constructively, filter noise, amplify what matters
  • Champion good work internally and externally

5. Stay Commercially Sharp

  • Track scopes, costs, and profitability across projects
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities within accounts
  • Ensure work is not just great but also valuable

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in account servicing / client management (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital, social, and integrated campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Confidence in presenting and defending ideas
