Position: Account Receivable Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Working Duration: 12-Month Contract - 3 months probation (Renewable based on performance)

Working Location: Jalan SS 21/37, Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday; 9AM - 6PM.

Salary: Basic up to RM 3,900 (Based on qualifications + experiences) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage + completion bonus + on-target bonus + (medical checkup/dental reimbursement)

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the finance executive, you are responsible in providing support and performing related tasks with regards to accounts receivable function.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries with regards to account receivables
• Work in collaboration with commercial team and customers on debt collection
• Daily update on customer collections tracker file
• Support in customer master data
• Support in customer request on monthly statement of account
• Work in collaboration with share service center (SSC) team based in Manila on accounts recording such as collections and discounts posting, inquiries and information gathering
• Work in collaboration with local business and SSC on Balance Sheet Reconciliation on Account Receivable

• Able to work in fast-paced, matrix-reporting, multi-cultural environment
• Good communication (written and verbal) skills with multiple stakeholders
• Able to work able to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize demanding workload
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in D365 Dynamics
• Open to fresh graduate (Mandarin speaker)
