Account Officer (West side)
- Work Location: Pioneer, Singapore
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.45am - 5.15pm
- Monthly Salary: Base up to $3200 + AWS
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract
- Provision of daily pick up transport from Lakeside MRT

Responsibility
- Manage endtoend Accounts Payable processes, including invoice handling and supplier payments.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all AP transactions.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers in line with agreed credit terms.
- Investigate and resolve outstanding supplier issues promptly.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier statements to ensure accuracy.
- Support adhoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or related field
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, excel)
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
