Account Officer - AR

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge for Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Timely monitoring of outstanding debts and resolve collection issues
• Ensure relevant GST on billing are taken up correctly
• Prepare related journals, schedules and reconciliations (AR and Bank)
• Prepare related Aging and report
• Assist with month-end accounts closing and yearly audits
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting and equivalent
• At least 2 years of work experience in trading industry with high volume of transactions
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience using Dynamic 365 is advantageous
• Able to work independently
• Able to multi-task
• Good in numerical skills, organised and has an eye for details
• Independent, responsible and detailed in execution of work duties

• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
• Salary: $3,000 to $3,500
