Key Responsibilities

Client Portfolio Management

. Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs, multinational organisations, and high-growth companies.
. Oversee the preparation of management accounts (monthly, quarterly, and year-end).
. Review financial statements to ensure they comply with SFRS/IFRS standards.
. Handle GST submissions and other statutory filings accurately and within required timelines.
. Ensure all client deliverables are completed with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.

Team Leadership

. Lead and mentor a team of accountants to ensure high performance and professional development.
. Review team deliverables to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality standards.
. Drive improvements in team productivity, workflow efficiency, and knowledge sharing.

Client Relationship Management

. Serve as the primary contact point for assigned clients.
. Provide practical guidance on accounting, regulatory compliance, and operational matters.
. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure service satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Process & Quality Control

. Ensure adherence to internal controls, review procedures, and established SOPs.
. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and support scalability.
. Ensure full compliance with Singapore's regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

. Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
. Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CA Singapore are advantageous.
. Experience in supervising or guiding a team will be beneficial.
. Strong technical expertise in financial reporting standards, GST, and Singapore compliance requirements.
