Objective
To achieve and exceed budgeted sales and margin for defined geographical markets and industries under personal control by securing new businesses and expand current businesses with existing accounts.
Main Tasks
Develop and execute comprehensive annual Account Plans aligned with overall sales volume, pricing, and gross margin targets, ensuring successful securing of new business and expansion of current accounts.
Develop and implement proactive Customer Service Plans that respond competitively to client needs, serving as the primary escalation point for client issues to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Cultivate and maintain exceptional, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels to drive customer retention, advocacy, and revenue growth.
Track, analyze, and report on account performance against established KPIs, providing accurate sales forecasts to management, and proactively identifying and proposing strategic plans for business development activities.
Propose, negotiate, and formalize trading terms, contracts, and service agreements that meet or exceed agreed-upon profitability and margin goals, including leading the contract renewal process.
Act as the primary internal liaison, ensuring accurate and timely communication and briefing of cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Support, Finance) to guarantee seamless service delivery and support for business development activities.
Compliance & Risk Management. Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. Manage credit risk and payment terms for accounts.
Generic Job Requirements
Diploma in Business or Engineering. Bachelor Degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience for Diploma holder.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Work with multinational customers.
