This posting is for a contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions to provide services to our Client, a Fortune 500 Tech Firm.
We are seeking a contract Account Manager to join our client for a 11-month engagement. The Account Manager will be handling native clients based in Vietnam, native proficiency in Vietnamese is a mandatory requirement.
The role will be onsite Singapore Office.
Responsibilities
- Drive incremental revenue and product adoption from managed clients
- Become an expert in client's solutions for businesses of all sizes and tailor recommendations strategically to suit varying client needs
- Work with clients to improve the performance of their overall social media campaigns
- Align clients KPIs with client's solutions to drive incremental value
- Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, media agency, sales or consulting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experiences
- Fluency in Vietnamese is a must as business conversation is conducted in Vietnamese with clients and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
- Ability to influence C levels and build effective relationships
- Knowledge of the media landscape of Vietnam is essential
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Goals driven, ability to transform traditional businesses to unlock incremental growth
